1. Why We Offer a Lifetime Warranty
At Stickybones, we’re proud to be an animator- and family-owned company. We pour our hearts into every figure and accessory we create. Because we believe in the quality of our products, we back them with a lifetime warranty on all parts (with a few exceptions—see below). This way, you can pose and animate with confidence for years to come.
2. What’s Covered

Lifetime Coverage on Proper Function
We guarantee that your Stickybones figure will function correctly for posing and stop-motion animation, indefinitely. If something fails during normal use, we’ll replace any defective parts at no cost. -
Magnets (Within First Two Years)
Stickybones figures utilize uber-strong magnets that pull like puppies on a leash—relentlessly tugging at their connection point. Over time, that constant tension can wear down the adhesive, causing a magnet to pop out.-
If You Still Have the Magnet: Before re-gluing, double-check the magnet’s polarity so it pulls rather than repels. Once you confirm the correct orientation, use a standard super glue or Gorilla Glue to reattach. No replacement needed!

If You Lost the Magnet: Email hello@stickybones.com within two years of your purchase, and we’ll send you a replacement magnet at no charge. Don’t forget to check polarity before gluing it in place.

Hand Packs (Manufacturing Defects Only)
Stickybones figures come with a lifetime warranty, but Hand Packs are more delicate and not covered by the same lifetime policy. If your hand pack arrives clearly defective (e.g., cracked right out of the box), contact us and we’ll gladly replace it. Otherwise, normal wear and tear or accidental damage (like stepping on a hand) isn’t covered.
3. What’s Not Covered

Lost or Stolen Items
Our warranty doesn’t replace items that have gone missing or been stolen. -
Damage Beyond Typical Use
“Typical use” means posing and animating. Our warranty doesn’t extend to damage from drilling, sawing, cutting, clamping, sanding, smashing, burning—or more adventurous escapades like shark-back surfing, laser-beam zapping, or moon-rocket riding. Basically, if it’s an extreme sport for Stickybones, it’s not covered. -
Modifications & Alterations
Structural or cosmetic changes outside normal posing or animating will void this warranty.
4. Magnets After Two Years
If a magnet pops out after two years and you can’t find it, don’t worry! We sell replacement magnets for a couple bucks on our website for just such occasions. (If you still have the magnet, simply re-glue it, checking the polarity before you do.)
5. Proof of Purchase
To help us verify your coverage, please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Whether you purchased directly from us or through an authorized retailer, this documentation ensures you’re part of the Stickybones family.
6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
We know shipping can be pricey, especially overseas. Here’s how we balance fairness and sustainability:

Within Two Years of Purchase
- If your Stickybones product has a manufacturing defect within the first two years, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement part—domestically and internationally.
- If it’s clearly an error on our end, you won’t pay a dime.

After Two Years
- We still stand by our products with free replacement parts under our lifetime warranty, but we kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost if more than two years have passed since your purchase date.

Bonus Tip: If you’re placing a new order on our website, let us know! We can often include your replacement parts with no extra shipping charge.

Errors on Our Part (Anytime)
- If we determine the issue was a production or shipping mistake on our end—at any point in time—we’ll always cover the shipping cost.
7. How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: Email hello@stickybones.com with a description of the issue, clear photos or video, and your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Verification: Our team will review your claim to confirm coverage under our lifetime warranty (or Hand Pack defect replacement).
- Replacement Parts: If approved, we’ll coordinate shipping the necessary parts to you. We’ll clarify any shipping fees if you’re past the two-year mark and not placing a new order.
- Important Note: Please do not send any items back without first emailing us. Unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.
